Bringing Your Shadow

Out of the Dark

3 CORE PRACTICES FOR RELEASING YOUR SHADOW'S GRIP

A FREE GLOBAL ONLINE EVENT with

Robert Augustus Masters, Ph.D. & Iyeshka Farmer, RPC

Break free from the hidden forces running your life, reclaim your wholeness, and live with greater joy, clarity and power.

Imagine. . . your mind is clear and quiet.

No harsh inner voice recounting your every shortcoming and failure. Your relationships are deep, supportive, connected.

Your heart feels open, ready to welcome and experience all of your emotions. You feel confident, resilient and able to navigate whatever life throws at you.

Sound like a dream come true? Or just impossible? (I used to think that, too.)

I want you to know, this is not just a dream.

It’s what actually happens when you have the courage to work with the hidden psychological forces that are running your life.

If you're tired of getting tripped up by your old habits, behaviors and patterns and want more than a temporary, feel-good fix, it's time to to turn toward the one place that holds the answers.

And that’s your shadow…

If your shadow stays unilluminated and in the dark, it will run your life.

That’s why it’s critical to have the tools and practices to take a deeper look at how shadow is operating in your life.

Once you do, you begin to open up new capacities that revolutionize your experience and relationships.

In this free online training you will learn how to apply three core practices for bringing light to your shadows so they no longer run – or ruin – your life:

  • Core Practice #1: Turn Towards Your Pain
Learn the right way to turn towards your pain, so that you can digest and integrate what you experience efficiently and effectively.
  • Core Practice #2: Name the Feelings and Sensations
Discover how to accurately and transparently name what you are feeling and experiencing to stop reactivity.
  • Core Practice #3: Uncover the Origins
Learn to connect to your history and attend to that original wounding with compassion and kindness.

You will come away with tools to better understand yourself and what's happening around you. You'll experience a more confident, compassionate self . . . able to deal with the challenges of living with great resilience and joy!
